I've had these for about a month now. Got them just to replace the factories with something decent. They sound great other than the highs which sound a little "tinny" (I think that's the word the audiophile people use), although that could be the factory tweeters that are still in. At any rate its not too bad either way. The bass is so much stronger and clearer than the factory speakers I had and good sounding mids to go along. My only real gripe is that the speaker wire it somes with is pathetic (like 22 guage or something) and the connectors are a loose fit. I got some other wire and soldered it to the speaker connectors. I've never soldered before and it wasn't too hard so don't let that scare you away if you're doing a self-install. Overall if you need something cheap to replace crappy factory speakers look no further.

I put 6 of these speakers in my boat. They are running on an Alpine amp getting about 75 watts each. They sound VERY clear and play all different notes extremely well. I recommend them because of the price and quality.

I didnt expect the quality of this product. I shopped around and I couldnt find anything comparable for the price. When your comparing, try finding a rubber edge, composite cone and that magnet size for $30. My installer was very impressed with the quality of this product and was more impressed with the price tag. THe next day he ordered 3 pairs to keep in his inventory!!! Seems Boss Audio steals technology of more expensive brands. If your not a "Brand Person", these are the perfect speakers.
